Refund & Return Policy

We want you and your pet to love every Nuzzle Pet Co. purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Our 30-Day Guarantee
You may request a return for most items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Email us at nuzzlepet@yahoo.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Please wait for our reply and return authorization before sending anything back — packages returned without authorization may not be processed.
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend a tracked, insured method, as we can't be responsible for items lost on their way back to us.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within [7] days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — and in most cases you won't need to ship the item back. There's no cost to you for these.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (or approve your damage/defect claim), we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item (for example, a different size) is to request a refund for the original and place a new order for the one you want.
Order Cancellations & Changes
Need to cancel or change an order? Email us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so we can only make changes before an order has been sent for fulfillment. Once it has shipped, it falls under the return terms above.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain items can't be returned once opened or used, including consumable and hygiene-related products. Items marked "final sale" or "clearance" are not eligible for return. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received an approved refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card company first, then contact us at nuzzlepet@yahoo.com and we'll help track it down.
